Product Return Policy
All our hidden cameras, surveillance equipment, and other hi-tech products are special ordered by the person ordering and are NOT subject to cancellations. Due to the nature of our products, returns will not be accepted unless the product is found to be defective, damaged upon shipment to the customer or otherwise explicitly stated on the specific product page.
Any return must be authorized by a representative of "Criminal Repellent / Andrews Stun Guns" and under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise. Authorization and return shipping instructions including an RMA# must be obtained from "Criminal Repellent / Andrews Stun Guns" before you return the package. All products must be returned in the original packaging and brand new condition as you received it along with all accessories, manuals and Free items that may have been included. No returns will be authorized after fourteen (14) BUSINESS days of receipt of product(s) by the customer. If the returned product has no defects and is found to be in perfect working condition, You, "the Buyer" will be responsible for a 10% restocking fee and the product will then be sold.Shipping costs will not be refunded.
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged during shipment or has a manufacturers defect, you must contact us within 24 hours via email, with a picture of the damaged item and must be returned within a fourteen (14) day period from date of receipt of product(s).These conditions must be met before any refunds or replacements will be offered. "Criminal Repellent / Andrews Stun Guns" will replace, refund, or credit your account for returned product(s) at "Criminal Repellent / Andrews Stun Guns" discretion. In the event of a replacement, we will pay for return shipping costs
All returns, refunds, or exchanges must be approved by "Criminal Repellent / Andrews Stun Guns" before any products are returned. NO refunds will be given for products returned without explicit permission from "Criminal Repellent / Andrews Stun Guns".
We have implemented this policy because of the misuse of our former liberal return policy. A few unscrupulous people have ordered our products for specific short term uses and then returned the product in a condition that would not allow us to resell. Product Warranty Policy
Items that have a warranty will state so on the product description pages or on the package of the item. Any item that does not state a warranty on our website or on the packaging is warranted for 90 days. Warranty replacements will be fulfilled for MANUFACTURER DEFECT only.
We guarantee all "Criminal Repellent / Andrews Stun Guns" products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days (unless manufacturer's warranty is longer; please call or see item descriptions) after sale to the customer. We will replace or repair the product(s) at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration. Wear and tear, customer misuse, etc. does not qualify for a warranty replacement. Items being returned under warranty will be thoroughly inspected for the specified manufacturer defect, and replaced accordingly. If the item returned does not qualify for a warranty replacement, we will notify you of such, and provide options for returning item back to you or for us to dispose of the item here. Refunds will not be given under warranty unless it is submitted to us within 90 days of purchase. If an item has a manufacturer's warranty longer than 90 days, refunds will not be issued.
